I had a great experience at Vertu Renault Nottingham because I felt listened to and was not pressured into accepting a deal if it wasn’t financially viable for me. Mellissa was able to source the car I wanted at a price that was similar to my current car - however the upgrade has seen me get a car that’s a 25 plate (my previous vehicle was 6 years older). She explained all the features of the car to me and took the time to show me during my test drive. She was a lovely salesperson to liaise with as it felt I was talking to a friend - who has only interested in finding the right car and deal for me. I came away overjoyed with the car and deal I received.

My first purchase from Vertu Renault Nottingham and very happy with my new car. I did my research beforehand and so far my new car has exceeded my expectations. Callum was friendly, attentive and did a top job. We will be looking to change our other car soon and Vertu Renault Nottingham will be our first stop!
